Visiting hours and attendant rules

  • Visiting Hours: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This is in the interest of the patient's medical recovery.
  • It is compulsory that a person is available 24 hours for the patient.
  • Only one attendant is generally allowed with the patient. In an emergency, two attendants may be allowed.

  • Visitor Pass rules can change if the management feels necessary.
  • Relatives and attendants must display visitor passes when required.
  • Relatives must not sleep on the patient's bed or any vacant bed. Charges may apply if a vacant bed is occupied.
  • For assistance, contact the sister-in-charge or hospital reception.

Meals, valuables, and hospital property

  • Relatives should take meals in the canteen only, not in the ward.
  • Patients should not keep valuables in the ward. The hospital is not responsible for theft or loss.
  • Any damage to hospital property will be recovered from the patient or relative after management assessment.

Pharmacy, medicine returns, and support services

  • The dispensing pharmacy is on the ground floor and operates 24 x 7.
  • Original bill is required for medicine returns.
  • Medicines are accepted only after pharmacy inspection of expiry date, seal, packaging, and BH barcode.
  • Refrigerated products, injections, general items, rehabilitation aids, and devices are not returnable.
  • IPD patients must return balance medicines before discharge.
  • Ambulance service is available 24 x 7 for emergency support and patient transfer.

Respect for staff and patient safety

  • We respect our staff, and their protection is our duty.
  • Therefore, any kind of proven misbehaviour with the hospital staff by the patient or their relatives, will lead to the discharge of the patient and appropriate legal action will also be taken, if necessary.
